About the Role
With our main base in Australia and due to increased growth, Natural You is expanding into the Asian market. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team of creatives and innovators at our Melbourne office with occasional travels to Asia, working across two regions. In this role you will implement and produce marketing activities throughout socials, emails, SEOs traffic. You will be proactive, analytical, with intuition about the next skincare trend. Requirements
What your role is
A minimum of 3 years experience in the beauty or skincare industry within the asian market.
Drafting and finalise digital strategy for multi channel platforms across socials, emails, website, and other touchpoints to create brand awareness, purchases and brand loyalty.
Manage social media platforms, post and create content across Natural You's platform and scheduling these across certain dates and events.
Craft compelling emails for our existing client database on new product launches, events via segmentation, automation, personalisation.
Create engaging content creation, that reflect our brand.
Analyse our campaigns, perform A/B testing, monitor and collect metrics, report insights to the marketing manager.
Ensure compliance and governance is upheld with company policies and code of ethics.
